Subframe
The subframe was designed starting from a prototyping phase with plastic tubes and 3D-printed components, used to define volumes and geometries.
The final version is made of steel tubes, cut, bent, polished, and welded by hand directly onto the motorcycle, leaving the structure completely exposed.

Headset and open filter
The airbox follows the same design process.
From initial prototypes, a definitive version was crafted from steel, handmade and left open to highlight the K&N Filters sports air filter, a functional element and integral part of the aesthetic.

Front
The front end is made of shaped and hand-welded steel tubes.
An essential structure that defines the bike's nose, visually lightens the front, and makes the project's technical setup immediately clear.
At the center is a dual-function polysodal headlight, low and high beam, housed in a sintered structure, designed to echo and interact with the tube design, integrating coherently into the overall construction of the front.

Accessories
NYX is equipped with FTG Moto components designed to integrate into the motorcycle's structure:
- FTG CNC aluminum switchgears
- Lever guards with approved LED lights
- License plate holders with approved LED lights
The control compartment is completed by a radial brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder from Accossato Racing.

Lightweight parachute with integrated lights
Nyx is equipped with our universal FTG lever guards, made of CNC aluminum and Nylon PA12.
They combine protection and design, integrating homologated turn signals and position lights.
A technical and aesthetic detail that completes the handlebar with functionality and character in perfect FTG style.

Number plate holder with integrated lights
Nyx's rear is defined by our FTG license plate holder, made of PA12 Nylon. Compact and functional, it integrates approved tail lights, position lights, brake lights, and turn signals, ensuring safety and aesthetic cleanliness.
A technical accessory that becomes a design element, perfectly in line with the FTG philosophy.

Radiator
The radiator is hand-made, designed and developed in collaboration with RC Racing to adapt to the new geometries of the bike and the structural layout of the project.
In addition to cooling, the entire fluid recovery system has been redesigned, with more organized and functional management of the vents.
