Engine
The engine was overhauled with the creation of hand-made exhaust manifolds with an increased diameter, configured in 2-into-1 and connected to a single under-tail exhaust.
To compensate for the increased exhaust flow, open air filters and a dedicated mapping, custom-developed by a specialized tuner, were installed.

Aesthetics
The original fuel tank was removed and replaced with an aluminium box structure, designed to centralise mass and lower the centre of gravity, while maintaining a capacity of approximately 11 litres.
The new silhouette is defined by a hand-beaten aluminium cover, to which the seat is attached, internally made of fiberglass and neoprene.
The tail section, also hand-beaten, completes the design and integrates the exhaust tip.

Finishes
The mechanical parts have been painted black, while the aluminum bodywork was entrusted to Kustom Family Milano, who designed the livery.
The seat is upholstered by Artigianauto in soft Alcantara.

Instrumentation and mirrors are Motogadget.
The low license plate holder, mounted on the swingarm, is a custom FTG Moto piece, as are the CNC aluminum switch pods, designed and manufactured in-house to ensure a cleaner line and complete control of the electronics.
The entire handlebar assembly – grips, throttle control, brake and clutch pumps with their respective reservoirs – is Accossato Racing.

Lighting
The front light is designed and manufactured in-house by FTG Moto using carbon-filled polymer 3D printing, with Highsider-approved lighting components.
The rear lights are integrated into the license plate, while the front turn signals are Motogadget.
